• Has the service been rigorously tested - for both internal and external users - and ready to go live?


• Is the launch environment compatible with the newly designed service?


• Is the service safe and secure?


• Is the service inclusive of all its customer segments?


• Has a systematic method for monitoring the service and its performance been established?


• Has a systematic method for responding to problems, with systemic and proportionate actions, been established?


• Is there an action plan in place for carrying out frequent quality assurance activities for the service delivery, including quality assurance testing?


• Is there an action plan in place to ensure that service updates, iterations, as well as maintenance (including technological) - when needed - are carried out with minimal impact on customers?


• Are all internal and external team members and stakeholders trained on the service’s new design?


• Is there a formal plan in place for the service to ensure its sustainable ongoing roll-out?
